How to View & Pay Your Invoices
Keeping your hosting services active is easy with our Media Giant Hosting Client Portal. You can quickly view, download, and pay your invoices all in one place.
Follow the steps below to check your billing details and make payments hassle-free.
How to View Your Invoices
1. Log into the Media Giant Hosting Client Portal.
2. Click on My Invoices in the main menu.
3. You will see a list of all your past and current invoices.
4. Click on any invoice number to open and view the details.
Here, you’ll see:

Invoice date and due date
-
Services covered in the invoice
-
Payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)

Payment options
You can also download your invoice as a PDF for your records.
How to Pay an Invoice
1. Go to My Invoices in the Client Portal.
2. Locate the unpaid invoice you need to pay.
3. Click on the invoice number to open it.
4. Choose your payment method from the available options.
5. Click Pay Now to complete the transaction.
Once payment is successful, your invoice will be marked as Paid, and your services will remain active.
⏰ What Happens If Your Invoice is Overdue?
If an invoice isn’t paid by the due date, your services may be suspended automatically. Here’s what you need to do:

Log in to the Client Portal and pay the overdue invoice as soon as possible.

Once payment is received, your service will be reactivated (usually within minutes).

If your account is suspended for an extended period, you may need to contact support to restore access.
How to Access & Manage Payment Methods
Payments are charged automatically based on the term of your selected services. To update your payment method:
1. Click the blue Payment Methods button on the Client Area Dashboard.
2. Or, click your profile icon to expose the profile menu and choose Payment Methods.
3. Add or update your preferred payment method.
By keeping your payment information up to date, you ensure seamless automatic billing and avoid any service interruptions.
