How to Change Your Account Email or Password
Keeping your account information secure and up to date is essential. If you need to update your email address or change your password, follow these steps.
✉ How to Change Your Account Email Address
1. Log in to the Media Giant Hosting Client Portal.
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Click Account Details under your name.
4. Locate the Email Address field and enter your new email address.
5. Click Save Changes to update your email.
Important:
- Your email must be unique and not already in use by another account.
- A confirmation email may be sent to your new email address.
- Changing your email does not affect your password—you will still use your existing password unless you change it separately.
How to Change Your Account Password
1. Log in to the Media Giant Hosting Client Portal.
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Click the three-dotted menu next to your name.
4. Select Change Password from the dropdown menu.
5. Enter your current password and then your new password twice for confirmation.
6. Click Save Changes to apply the update.
Password Requirements:
- Use a strong, unique password (avoid common words or easy-to-guess phrases).
- Consider using a password manager to securely store your login credentials.
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forgot your password and can’t log in:
1. Go to the Media Giant Hosting Client Portal login page.
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions.
